Quebec-born Bernard Pouliot is an expert in the finance industry with nearly fifty years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. He has served as the group managing director of Dharmala Holdings Ltd. in Indonesia, non-executive director of Sunday Communications Ltd. in Hong Kong, and the owner of Quam Ltd. before filling his current position as Managing Director of BF Belmont Limited in Hong Kong.
Pouiliot earned his Bachelor of Business from the University of Quebec at Rimouski.

Dr. Rosita Chang is a globally-renowned expert in professional and academic financial markets research. Throughout her career, she has authored dozens of articles published by respected journals, presented her research around the world, and served in leadership positions. Dr. Chang is currently the Financial Economics & Institutions Chair at the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business but has served as a Professor of Finance and Director of the Pacific-Basin Capital Markets Research Center at the University of Rhode Island.
Dr. Chang has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Mills College. She earned her MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. She is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFP Board of Standards and the CFA Institute, respectively.
Family Office Operation Strategy
David Toth has accumulated over three decades of experience in asset management and family office financial advising. As a 22-year veteran at PNC and the current President of Membership at the Family Office Exchange (FOX), David has earned a reputation as a skilled strategist and leader in the industry.
Toth has a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Seong Ok Baik served as the 34th and 35th President of the Korean American Association of Maryland, dedicating herself to the development and advancement of the Korean American community. Additionally, as the Senior Vice President of the 16th Washington Advisory Council on Democratic and Peaceful Unification, she led various initiatives aimed at promoting peace and unification on the Korean Peninsula, acting as a bridge between the Korean American community and their homeland. Furthermore, as Co-Chair of the Maryland State Sister City Committee, she played a significant role in fostering friendly relations between Maryland and Korea.
These experiences demonstrate her leadership and commitment to service within the Korean American community, leaving a positive impact on both the local and mainstream communities.
Strategic Data and Finance Specialist
John Han, with a robust background spanning finance, operations, and technology, he served as the COO and CFO at the University of Hawai‘i Foundation, overseeing strategic operations and financial management. Earlier, as Associate Vice President of Data and Tech Services at the University of Hawai‘i Foundation, John Han spearheaded IT innovations and data-driven strategies. His diverse experience bridges financial acumen with technological proficiency, driving organizational efficiency and sustainable growth through data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.
John has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University. He earned his MBA from the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business.

Hwee-Boo Yang has amassed a wide range of experience in the media industry. Yang is currently the President of the Korea Professional Golf Association, but he has also served as President of the Korea Cable Television Broadcasting Association (KCTBA) and President of the Korea Broadcasting Advertising Corporation. Yang also worked with the Korean national broadcaster KBS as a journalist and news anchor.
Yang has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Affairs from Korea University and a Master's degree in Journalism from Missouri State University.

Byung-Won Kang
Byung-Won Kang served as CEO of Dongwon Industries, the largest fishing company in South Korea. Kang is currently an executive advisor at TIS Korea and has served as a visiting professor at Chosun University's Graduate School of Business.
Kang has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Seoul National University, an MBA from Gachon University, and has completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Seoul National University and Korea University.

Jin-Hak Lee
Lee Jin-hak has been recognized for his expertise in international tax and value-added tax affairs throughout his long and varied career in various positions at the national and local government levels and in the private sector.
Lee was the Director General at the South Korean president's Office of Civil Affairs, Director General of the Seoul Regional Tax Office, an International Tax and Planning Officer at the Korean National Tax Service, and Director-General of the Daegu Regional Tax Office. Lee also served as Vice President of Deloitte Korea (also known as Deloitte Anjin LLC) for more than a decade.
Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and an MA in Economics from Sungkyunkwan University.

Jae-Wook Bae
Jae-Wook Bae is a corporate lawyer with unparalleled experience in government relations. He served as Secretary of Audits and Inspections to the South Korean president and as the chief prosecutor at South Korea's Supreme Prosecutors' Office. He has also served as an outside director at KB Financial Group, Korea Electric Power Corporation, Daehan Flour Mills, and Sambo E & C Ltd. Bae has served as legal counsel for clients such as Hanseong Motor Company, GS Engineering & Construction, the Seoul Metro, and more than fifty other institutions.
Bae earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Seoul National University and a Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Michigan.

Hwan-Kyun Lee
Hwan-Kyun Lee has held key roles in the South Korean government, including Minister of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, Vice Minister of Finance and Economy, and Presidential Secretary of the Economy. Lee also served as the Dean of Sejong University’s Graduate School of Business and was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford’s Hoover Institution. His experience spans policy-making, academic leadership, and international research, all of which he was eager to apply to further contribute to the nation’s progress.
Lee earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master of Public Administration degree from the Seoul National University.

Dr. Suk-Mun Ko, Esq., also known as Max Ko, is a technology and intellectual property attorney and business strategy consultant with decades of experience in science, business, and law. In addition to running his law office SMKO since 2005, Dr. Ko has served as a principal fellow at the National Strategy Institute, an Executive Vice President and Managing Director at SK, and a technology manager at Fluor Corporation and MITRE. Dr. Ko served as an Adjunct Professor of Energy & Environmental Technology at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
Dr. Ko earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Seoul National University, a JD in Business and Intellectual Property Laws from Whittier Law School, an MBA from the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Business, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Kyoo-Hyang Cho is widely respected in the realm of education. In addition to serving as South Korea's Vice Minister of Education, Secretary of Education and Culture to the Korean president, and the CEO of the National Textbook Corporation, Cho was also president of Busan University of Foreign Studies, Seoul Digital University, Korea National Open University, and Dong-A University.
Cho holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Seoul National University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Hanyang University, and an honorary doctorate in Education from Soonchunhyang University.
